Uniform
During this term we are introducing scouting trousers as part of our uniform for Beavers and Cubs and Trousers and Belt for Scouts and Explorers.
You can purchase these from your leader, online at scouts.org.uk or visit the Scout shop – Villa Road, Colchester, which is open Friday evenings 7 – 8.30 p.m. and Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to Midday.
The cost of the trousers is £16, sizes 4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13
The cost of the belt is £12, sizes S-M – 24-30”, M-L – 30-34”, L-XL – 34-44”
If this causes a problem for anybody please see your Leader .
We are introducing this as part of our uniform as we feel our Group is becoming very untidy when seen by the public. The trousers are very hardwearing and as a lot of children wear designer trousers to meetings anyway probably the cheaper option.
