Cubs
Following the government advice and that of UK Scouting we’re finally able to meet face to face.
We’re running each section with reduced numbers at present so that we can adhere to social distancing.

We run a Scouting Activities stall at the Great Bentley Village Show – One Explorer and one Scout Leader volunteered to go into the stocks!

This week the cubs had a go at testing our new oven by baking Scout Logo Cookie.

You can’t beat a little bit of competitive teamwork. Here the sixes have to cross the hall without touching the floor.

The end of the summer term was celebrated with a friendly Rounder Match. We were supported by two of our former Young Leaders/Explorers as they had both recently returned from University.

This year the theme was “Things that fly”, so we created a new budget airline aptly named CubAir. We had planes, ground crew, pilots, air stewards and holiday makers.

The Group Camp was a little earlier this year. We returned to Bures where we had a go at raft building.
