1st Great Bentley Scout Group

Its time to celebrate, so join us for the party of the decade on 17th November 2012 at Skreens Park Activity Centre.

As you all know Wintac is fast approaching. I need to book the tickets on Sunday 28^th October. I shall book a ticket for everyone who i have received an email confirmation from.

There is going to be, Balloons, Cake, Jelly & Ice Cream, Burger Van, Music from the last ten years, Karoke, Silent Disco, Albert & Kate (yes, they’re back by popular demand), Goody Bags and lots, lots more!

We shall be meeting at Screens Park Scout camp, Roxwell, CM1 4NN at 2pm on Saturday 17^th November. You will need to put up tents for sleeping.

We will be getting meal tickets, please let me know in your email if you require a vegetarian ticket or not. You will need to buy drinks and snacks in the evening as we will not be taking any catering stuff with us. We shall only take water canister and cups for drinks in the day.

Pick up will be from Skeens Park on Sunday 18^th November at 10:30.

The cost of the weekend is £16 per person, i have also attached a health form. Please confirm via email or text/ phone if you wish to attend and then bring your form and money with you to explorers on the 6^th November.
